Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family.
Dearly loved Mum, Mother-in-law, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother to Gordon, Ronald, Pauline, Trevor, Rodney, Tanya, Nicole and their families.
Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a service to celebrate Patricias life which will be followed by cremation.
