Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly.

Dearly loved son of Blake and Thelma Flanagan. Adored Dad to Maddison, Claudia and Kara. Sadly missed by all his family. A much loved and respected member of Nanango and the wider South Burnett Communities. Darren will be sadly missed.

Barbie was like an uncle to me, no matter what distance we had he always knew when to reach out. He always knew how to make you laugh until you cry. Now you get to join the boys and have your parties all over again. We love and miss you dearly.

I have so many special memories with Barbie from him teaching me how to drive, coming to my dance concerts, watching me graduate high school and getting me drunk for the first time. He did everything my dad wasn't able to do, he was there when my family walked away. He was truely one amazing man and I'll forever be thankful to have had him in my life.
